We headed down to Malibu on Saturday. Point Dume State Beach. It was gorgeous. There's a reason all the stars live in Malibu.
We even got to sea some wildlife. There were dozens of dolphins swimming right off the coast. Bella was so excited!
When the beach got too crowded we took a hike up to the top of Point Dume. From there we spotted some Sea Lions sunning on a rock.

On the other side of the point was another beach. It is in a cove so it had much smaller waves and a lot fewer people. I think the kids would really like it.
We took a winding mountain road back to the highway trying to avoid the traffic. There was a pull off at the summit with amazing views.
We sat there for a while and had a snack. It was a good day.
