The Good NewsThis weekend started out really great. Jason and I both got a chance to get out of the house and spend some time with our friends. Jason took the kids to the rec center pool on Saturday and Anthony got to go swimming for the first time. I was told he really liked it. We are going to try to make it a weekly trip. Bella is like a fish in the water, she absolutely loves it. Bella had fun playing with Brady and Aly at our house. The girls were so cute playing dress-up together.
The Bad News
Then, on Sunday Bella started to get sick. She has been suffering with one nasty cold. Her fever got up to 102 and she couldn't even get off the couch. She is slowly recovering and feeling better. She lost her voice and would only whisper. It was so pathetic. The worst part is that Jason left on Monday to spend the week in Pennsylvania for work. So, I've been stuck in the house with a sick 4 year old and a baby since he left. He hasn't had the best time either. His flights kept getting cancelled and he didn't get to PA until 3:45 Tuesday morning. I keep telling him that it's a shame he doesn't work for a company that makes jets! Needless to say, we are all anxiously awaiting his return on Friday!
